Is located at in front of the Old Courthouse opposite waterfront. Is a 6 meters tall granite obelisk to honour 2nd White Rajah of Sarawak Sir Charles Brooke was erected by his son the 3rd Rajah of Sarawk Sir Charles Vyner Brooke in 1924. At each 4 corners of the obelisk, it has bronze panels representing the Sarawak's ethnic: Malay, Dayak, Chinese and Orang Ulu.
